What's New
Updates to Wellness Wheel, newest first. Wellness Wheel is in public beta: it's ready to use, and it keeps improving based on how people use it. Changes that affect your saved check-ins are listed here.
Keep your history safe
Your check-ins are saved in your browser on your device. Clearing your browser data or switching devices can remove them. Download a backup from Your data now and then, or turn on sync to keep your devices in step.

Small experiments and clearer scores
New, optional ways to turn what you notice into a next step.
Added
- One small experiment: at the end of your check-in, you can pick one tiny step to try for an area, or write your own. Next week, the app asks how it went. It's always optional.
- Change arrows: Your week shows โ or โ next to each area compared with last week.
- Patterns: This week at a glance points out when an area has stayed low, or high, for 3 weeks or more.
- How to use your scores: a new section in the scoring guide. Tap What do these numbers mean? under your weekly summary.
- Your experiments now appear in your PDF report.
Changed
- Balance is now described as the average of the areas you rated: a quick snapshot, not a grade.
- Updated the Privacy Policy to mention experiments, which are saved on your device like your notes.

Weekly check-ins, reminders, and your privacy
Wellness Wheel now focuses on one weekly check-in, with new ways to stay on track and see your progress.
Changed
- Wellness Wheel is now a weekly check-in only. The optional daily rating was removed so the app stays simple. Daily ratings you saved before are kept on your device.
- Rewrote the check-in questions. Each area now has one clear question with a hint, and the check-in ends with a question about your week overall.
Added
- Weekly reminder: add a repeating reminder to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or Outlook.
- Balance trend: a graph in Your weeks shows how your wheel balance has changed over the last 8 weeks.
- The top card shows when you last checked in.
- Before you start a new week, your wheel shows last week's scores as a dashed outline to compare against.
- PDF report: download a dated report of any week's wheel, scores, and notes.
- If you rate Emotional wellness very low, the app shows how to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Privacy & Security
- Published a Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
- Strengthened the protection on sync codes. Existing synced data was moved to the stronger protection automatically, and your sync code stayed the same.
Fixed
- On phones, the check-in and help screens no longer hide behind the browser's toolbars.
- Buttons now fit on small screens without the page scrolling sideways.
- Area names no longer get cut off in PDF reports.
