Sync or a backup file can restore your whole history. The PDF is a readable copy of the week you are viewing, not something the app can restore from.
Add a repeating event to your calendar so your weekly check-in doesn't slip by.
A login or a sync code is what keeps your wheel, so you can carry on week to week and pick up on any device. Your entries are locked on your device before they're sent, so no one else, including whoever runs this site, can read them.
A sync code is four words and four digits that link your devices, with no username or password.
Your wheel is saved. Want a weekly reminder, so your next check-in doesn’t slip by?
To add another device, sign in there with your login, or open Settings, tap Use a sync code instead, and enter this code. Keep it somewhere safe, like your notes or a password manager. Anyone with the code can see your entries, and it can't be recovered if lost.
This removes your synced data, and your login if you made one, from the server and turns off sync here. Entries already on your devices stay. Turn off sync on your other devices first, or they'll upload their copy again.
Once your wheel is saved with a login or a sync code, a copy is kept in this browser too. A backup file is a second copy you control, and another way to move your history to a new phone or computer.
Rate the eight dimensions of wellness each week, see your own wheel, and watch how it changes over time.

The wheel follows the Eight Dimensions of Wellness developed by Dr. Margaret Swarbrick, which builds on the Six Dimensions of Wellness model Dr. Bill Hettler created in 1976. The eight-dimension model is used in health and recovery programs, including by the U.S. Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

This is a personal reflection and self-tracking tool. It isn't a diagnostic instrument, clinical assessment, or medical device, and it isn't a substitute for professional care. Scores are notes you give yourself, not grades or clinical findings. Crisis resources like 988 are shared as a public service referral only. The site doesn't monitor check-ins, evaluate risk, or provide counseling.
